2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and whenever updating your details afterwards. Providing false information may result in account termination. gtd99 may request identity verification documents at any time.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account details with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account — even if you claim someone else was operating it.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gtd99 currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service

Transactions via any method other than those listed above are not currently supported.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 5 to 30 minutes

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you use are from a legal source and that you have the legal right to use them. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited, and gtd99 reserves the right to take necessary action in response to any such irregularity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gtd99 are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If the requirement is not completed before the wagering period expires, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in that offer's description.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or system manipulation may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• gtd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme.
• A member may not claim multiple bonuses at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

gtd99's VIP programme has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on a member's overall activity and participation. gtd99 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme terms, and any changes will be communicated on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gtd99 platform:

1. Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
2. Gaining unfair advantage through bonus arbitrage, hedging, or system manipulation.
3. Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
4. Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
5. Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Opening an account or providing information under a false identity.
7. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
8. Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other members.

Violation of any of these rules may result in gtd99 suspending or permanently closing the account and forfeiting the associated balance.

8.1 Sports Betting

gtd99 offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), and various other sports. The latest information on bet amounts, odds, and markets is always available on the platform.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

8.2 Casino & Slots Games

Live casino, slots, and other games are operated according to specific rules. Each game has its own payout structure and rules, which can be found within the game. Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and other leading providers are available on gtd99.

If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical error or disruption, gtd99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

12.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Pending transactions will be settled before closure, and any eligible balance will be returned.

12.2 Closure at gtd99's Discretion

gtd99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, or other reasonable grounds. In such cases, the balance may remain on hold until any ongoing investigation is concluded.

gtd99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
